Job Description
Role Overview:
As an Account Coordinator at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and understanding of our largest clients by addressing and resolving various customer issues. By proactively monitoring issues and collaborating with the HireRight Team, you will contribute to improving product and service delivery, ultimately enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor all inbound customer service inquiries, including both domestic and international cases
- Keep track of domestic and international searches, and expedite background screening report delays when necessary
- Monitor product performance by collecting data on reported issues
- Proactively report data trends to Account Managers and Operations personnel
- Occasionally travel may be required (up to 5%) to attend periodic business reviews
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Client/Customer Service
- Previous experience in Project Planning is preferred
Additional Details:
For this role, having Account Specialist skills is a plus, along with the ability to generate reports using Excel or Business Objects. Intermediate skills in Microsoft PowerPoint are preferred, and experience with Microsoft Project would be advantageous.
This position serves as an entry-level role for handling more complex support and administrative functions. It requires a solid understanding of standardized rules, procedures, or operations, along with specialized skills in administrative or technical fields.
