Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining InMobi as an Account Manager in a partnership with Microsoft, where InMobi will be the exclusive partner for managing Microsoft's search inventory. Your role will involve managing and optimizing tech operations, working with a team of Account Strategists to achieve customer satisfaction and revenue objectives. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for serving corporate customers, building strong relationships, and attaining revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: - Create a collaborative and trust-based work environment focused on diversity and respect - Own the day-to-day management of customers, ensuring flawless execution of campaigns and coordination with internal resources - Drive campaign-level budget upsell and optimization opportunities to achieve revenue goals - Educate clients on the Bing Ads platform and features to help them reach their business goals - Continually strengthen your expertise in Bing Ads and the search industry - Collaborate with the account team to resolve customer escalations and provide feedback on products and processes - Take personal accountability for your career development and growth within the role - Build successful team relationships with partners, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing business needs - Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills, ability to meet revenue targets, and understanding of customer needs Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing Sales or online media and service - Strong knowledge of Internet advertising, search marketing, lead generation, and direct response - Ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue goals and understand customer needs - Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferable - Strong communication skills, storytelling abilities, and proficiency in Excel for data analysis - Bing Ads Certification preferred - Passion for technology and growth, ability to make decisions based on clear priorities - Flexible, collaborative, and adaptable to changes in processes and business needs Additional Company Details: InMobi is a company with a diverse culture and values of thinking big, being passionate, showing accountability, and taking ownership with freedom.
