Job Description
You will be working as an Account Manager at InMobi, responsible for managing Microsoft's search inventory as part of the exclusive partnership between InMobi and Microsoft. Your main role will involve coordinating with a team of Account Strategists and supporting the Account Management Head to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue objectives are met.
**Role Overview:**
As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to serve Corporate customers by understanding their needs and building strong relationships. You will be focusing on attaining revenue targets, driving feature adoption, and achieving client-driven goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Create a collaborative and inclusive work environment that values diversity and mutual learning
- Manage day-to-day operations for newly onboarded and existing customers with flawless execution of campaigns
- Coordinate with internal resources to ensure core tasks are executed effectively
- Drive campaign-level budget upsell and optimization opportunities to achieve client ROI goals and incremental revenue
- Educate clients on how the Bing Ads platform can help them reach their business goals
- Continually strengthen your expertise in Bing Ads and the Search Industry
- Proactively resolve customer escalations and provide actionable feedback on products, tools, and processes
- Take personal accountability for your career development and complete required trainings to further your growth
**Qualifications Required:**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing Sales or online media and Service
- Strong knowledge of Internet advertising models such as CPA, CPM, CPC, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue goals
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and delivering engaging presentations
- Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred
- Bing Ads Certification preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
