Job Description
As an Account Director at Bounteous, your role involves building relationships and encouraging reliance on the company's products and services. You will be responsible for promoting and enforcing awareness of key information security practices, such as acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols. Additionally, you will identify, assess, and report security risks that impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices
- Identify, assess, and report security risks
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection standards
- Integrate data protection measures throughout the information lifecycle
In your role as an Account Director, you will be expected to protect and grow client accounts by acting as the key liaison between the company and the client. You will develop and manage a strategic account management plan, establish multi-threaded relationships, identify and mitigate threats, develop opportunities, and enhance the company's strategic role within the client's business model. Understanding the client objectives and brand, maintaining effective key client relationships, and leading new Statement of Work kickoff processes are essential aspects of this role.
Qualifications Required:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent consulting agency experience preferred
- 7 years of client service, digital media, digital/analytics sales, or account management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
- Deliver client-focused solutions based on client goals
